For years, I poured everything I had into the people I loved. My family. My responsibilities. Everyone else seemed to come first. Somewhere along the way, I lost myself.
I remember looking in the mirror and wondering, "What happened to the woman I used to be?" I loved God. I loved my family. But I no longer recognized the woman looking back.
Little by little, God began changing me. Not overnight. Not through perfection. But through healing, renewing my mind, rebuilding my confidence, and learning to see myself the way He always had.

Is this really free?
Yes, Sis. The 3-Day Challenge is completely free. VIP is an optional upgrade if you want to go deeper.
What if I can't attend live?
Every session is recorded, Sis. Free registrants get replay access through the end of challenge week, and VIP members enjoy a full 90 days of replays — so you can revisit every session as many times as you need.
Do I have to be super religious for this?
This challenge is rooted in faith, but it's for any woman ready to close the gap between who she is and who she's called to be.
How much time do I need each day?
We're live together from 8:00–10:00 AM Pacific / 11:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern each day, plus a little time with your companion guide to reflect and journal. And if you can't stay the whole time, replays have you covered.
What happens after the 3 days?
You'll have a real action plan in hand, an invitation into our community, and — if VIP is right for you — a deeper conversation about your next step.
